BACKGROUND
With the dream of uplifting the South African economy through defying unemployment whilst providing improved quality service to clients in need, and as human resources is one the four main factors affecting the country’s economy. OBEC Solutions became the dream product, focused at logistics, being the reliable service and material suppliers’ multi-firm that also offers valuating; designing; engineering; and managing civil, and building related projects. Furthermore, OBEC Solutions is, when unable to sustain jobs, willing to have its community trained and equipped with improved employability skills to be employable elsewhere, in that way still defying unemployment.

Our personnel undergo proper training for skills they require to serve our clients at their ‘only’ best capacity, training ranges from professional communication, to improved service delivery; including general job execution, keeping clients content with our service delivery. This helps our personnel to create for themselves attractive employee records hence easily trusted and employable elsewhere, as labour could not be stored. To boost economy development, we are willing to sponsor any of our qualifying and vision-filled employees to pursue their dreams provided we are equipped enough to execute such sponsorship.
